Fall and winter can be rough. The days get shorter and colder and you feel like doing less and staying more cozy. Luckily, there are several things that can help you stay warm and well fed.

The toaster oven is at your rescue! I owned one for years without knowing all the capabilities it has, but thanks to Pinterest, I've been happily toaster ovening myself into a food coma. And I mean really, who wants to cook dinner tonight? ;)

Here are some of my favorites:

English Muffin Pizzas

And, of course, Food Network (sorry, it’s a slideshow):

I typically use my toaster oven for personal pizza, open-faced bagels, and garlic bread, I know, pretty mundane. But honestly, I don’t know where i would be without it. I hope to get through some of these amazing recipies this winter. For now, Dominos!

Do you use the toaster oven for any cool recipes? Let us know in the comments on the food blog page.
